A session is a total of 45 mins. which includes various exercises depending on your goal. Exercises include upper body, lower body and cardio.

My daily check-ins guarantee that you'll stay motivated and mentally engaged in your journey. Each day, I’ll touch base with you to assess your progress and offer the necessary support. It's all about maintaining that consistent connection to help you thrive. Let’s work together to ensure you’re always on track and feeling your best.
Nutrition Guidance
I am dedicated to help you stay on top of your health. It’s not just about what you eat, but how it supports your overall fitness and vitality. You will receive meal recommendations per week.
Location
We will train in my home gym in san clemente, Ca. I also provide training in your own home or apartment gym within 5 miles of San Clemente, CA.
